I think that everything wrote was actually very logical. However, what about this? what if you were to write a killer headline? I am not suggesting your information isn't solid., but what if you
added a post title that grabbed a person's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little vanilla. You could look at Yahoo's home page and see how they create article titles to get viewers to click. You
might add a related video or a related pic or two to grab people excited about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it might make your website a little bit more interesting.
